Gold Coast Baby Seats – Baby Car Seat Rental Service

1. Overview

Welcome to Gold Coast Baby Seats. By booking and using our rental services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our website, products, and services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a rental booking. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is true and accurate.

3. Rental Agreement

When you place an order, you agree to:

  • Use the rented baby car seat only for its intended purpose.
  • Follow all Queensland child restraint laws.
  • Not tamper with or misuse the equipment.
  • Return the product in the same condition in which it was received (reasonable wear accepted).

4. Rental Period

  • Rental begins on the confirmed start date and ends on the agreed return date.
  • Late returns may incur additional fees.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure timely return or be present at the scheduled pickup.

5. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery is available within the Gold Coast area.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  • If installation is requested, our team will install the seat according to manufacturer guidelines, but it is your responsibility to ensure the seat remains secure during use.

6. Payment & Fees

All prices are listed in AUD and must be paid in full before the rental begins.

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Late returns
  • Excessive cleaning ($30 fee)
  • Lost or damaged items (up to replacement value)

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund.
  • No refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance or for early returns.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gold Coast Baby Seats is not liable for:

  • Any injury, accident, or damage resulting from misuse of the rented product.
  • Losses due to delays, cancellations, or third-party interference.

Use of our products is at your own risk. Always read the instruction manual and follow safety guidelines.

9. Privacy

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.
