Gold Coast Baby Seats – Baby Car Seat Rental Service

✅ Cancellations

  • You may cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled start date to receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start date are non-refundable.
  • To cancel, please email us at goldcoastbabyseats@gmail.com or call 0449 020 790.

đŸšĢ No Refunds After Rental Period Begins

Once your rental period has started, no refunds will be issued for:

  • Early returns
  • Change of mind
  • Unused rental days

đŸ§Ŋ Cleaning & Damage Fees

  • All seats are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised before every rental.
  • If a seat is returned with excessive dirt, food, or stains, a cleaning fee of $30 AUD will apply.
  • In the event of damage, loss, or misuse, the renter may be charged the full replacement cost of the item.

đŸ“Ļ Returns

  • Rental items must be returned on or before the agreed return date.
  • Late returns may incur additional daily fees.

If your seat was delivered, we will schedule your pickup. If you chose pickup, please return the item to the original pickup point by the agreed time.

🔄 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
